- 28oztomato sauce
- 1tspseasoned salt

- 1/2tsporegano
- 10ozfrozen chopped spinach -- thawed and drained

Stir in tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, basil and oregano, bring to a boil

Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes

In medium bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt and pepper, mix well

Prepare spaghetti

Spread 1 cup meat mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan
