- 3tbsp wine vinegar
- 1tbsp prepared mustard
- 1tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1Clovegarlic, minced
- 1cup chopped tomatoes
- 1cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1cup thinly sliced zucchini

Rinse and drain in cold water

In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients

In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients
