- 1/4tsp garlic salt
- 1/2cup finely chopped celery
- 1cup grated cheddar cheese, med.
- 1/4cup dry white wine - or gravy
- 1/2cup flour
- 3cup chicken broth - i use

salt and pepper to taste In Saucepan, melt butter, add flour
