- 1/2tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 1lbstew beef, cut into 1 inch
- 1medium onion, chopped in large
- 3cup beef broth

Add meat cubes a few at a time, shaking to coat

Heat oil in a large saucepan
