- 1/2ts cayenne pepper
- 1/2ts garlic powder
- 1/2ts cumin
- 1lbstew beef, cut into 1 inch
- 1md onion, chopped in large
- 3c beef broth

Add meat cubes a few at a time, shaking to coat

Heat oil in a large saucepan
