- 1tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2cup butter, softened
- 2eggs
- 1/3cup milk
- 2cup flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1/2tsp salt

COFFEE CAKE-------------------------------- 3 Fresh Purple Plums 1 c Sugar 1 tb Cornstarch 1/2 c Butter, softened 2 Eggs 1/3 c Milk 2 c Flou

Chop enough plums to get 1 1/2 cups

Combine chopped plums with 1/4 cup sugar and the cornstarch

Cream butter with remaining 3/4 cup sugar

Beat in eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon until well combined

Pour half the batter into greased and floured 8-inch springform pan

Spoon on plum mixture
