- 1/4cup butter -- cut up
- 1/3cup milk
- 2eggs
- 11/2 c cream-style cottage cheese

Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Make a well in the center: add milk all at once

One a lightly flur surface, roll dough into an 11" circle
