- 1/2c thinly sliced green onions
- 1t salt
- 1t cumin
- 1t minced garlic
- 1egg white
- 2/3c hot salsa
- 2tb chopped fresh cilantro

Shape into 1" balls

place on cookie sheet

Refrigerate 30 minutes, or until set

In 5-quart Dutch oven or stockpot, combine remaining corn and all soup ingredients
