- 2sm fresh green or red chiles
- 8ozcanned bamboo shoots
- 1/2lbzucchini
- 1lg red or green bell pepper
- 2tb peanut oil
- 2tb chicken stock
- 2tb rice wine or dry sherry

Cut the fresh chiles in half, carefully remove the seeds and shred the chiles
