LOAF----------------------------- 1 pk Yeast 3 c Bread flour 1 tb Sugar 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Butter 10 oz Beer

at room temperature 4 oz Processed American cheese -(2 slices) 4 oz Jack cheese

or any other -(cut in 1/4" cubes) Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave
