- 11/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/3cup cracked wheat
- 11/2 tb sugar
- 1/2tbsp salt
- 1/4tsp black pepper
- 3tbsp parmesan, grated

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order
