- 5ozunsweetened chocolate

4 c Powdered sugar -(yes, four cups!) 8 oz Cream cheese (one -large package or -3 small packages -less a nibble) 1 t Vanilla extract 5 oz Un

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla

Chill for a couple hours

Roll mix into one inch balls, then roll them in a topping
