- 1/4c olive oil
- 1tb snipped fresh cilantro
- 1/8ts garlic powder
- 1/8ts cracked black pepper
- 4lg pita bread rounds

For marinade: In a medium bowl, combine picante vinegar, oil, cilantro, garlic, pepper

Pour marinade over beef

marinate inthe refrigerator for 4-24 hours, turning bag occasionally

To serve, drain and discard the marinade
