- 3tsp unspiced chili powder
- 2cup water
- 1tsp salt
Directions

1 1/2 lb Round steak, cut in 1/4" -cubes 2 Cloves garlic, minced 2 T Oil 1 1/2 t Flour 3 T Unspiced chili powder 2 c Water 1 t Salt Heat oil

add garlic when meat is partially browned

Sprinkle with flour and stir 1 min longer
