- 3tbsp vinegar
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/4tsp ground cumin
- 1/4tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1/8tsp garlic powder
- 1/8tsp ground red pepper

Slice meat across the grain into bite-size strips

Sprinkle meat tenderizer over meat

In a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine beef and 1 tablespoon oil
