- 1/4cup butter; softened
- 11/2 c sugar
- 5eggs
- 4cup flour; sifted
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda

chopped Marinate raisins in 1 cup of the bourbon for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours
