Float 2 teaspoons brandy on coffee

Put remaining 2 teaspoons brandy into a tablespoon with sugar cube

Warm spoon over hot coffee

With a match, carefully ignite brandy in teaspoon

Slowly lower spoon into coffee to ignite floating brandy
