- 1/4tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1cup cottage cheese
- 1cup shredded monterey jack

Combine cheeses and remaining ingredients;spoon into prepared crust.Bake @ 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes,until puffy and golden
