- 1package chopped spinach; thawed
- 1cup sour cream
- 1can french-fried onions; 2.8oz,
- 1/4tsp garlic powder

thawed -and drained 1 ea Egg 1 c Sour cream 1 cn French-fried onions

2.8oz, -divided 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 ts Garlic powder Cook spaghetti

Meanwhile, beat egg in medium bowl

Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder

Drain spaghetti' add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and half of the onions

Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through
