Now, both of these recipes can be split between two smaller casseroles

I use my pair of 1 1/2-qt Corningware casseroles

we can eat one for dinner (with leftovers for lunch the next day) and freeze the other

Both recipes freeze really well, and I have even microwaved them back into existence
