- 1/4tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/8tsp pepper
- 1baked 9-inch pastry shell

In a medium-sized bowl beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper until well mixed

Stir in ham and cheese

Pour mixture into baked pastry shell

Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes

Move cooked edges toward center and heat an additional 12 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean

Let stand at room temperature 3 to 4 minutes to finish cooking.
