- 2/3Cupprepared pizza sauce
- 3/4Teaspoondried oregano
- 1/2Teaspoongarlic salt
- 1/2Cupsauerkraut, preferably a sweet german-
- 4Ounceshredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)
- 1/3Cupcanned sliced mushrooms

Cook in skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up meat as needed, until cooked through and crumbly
