- 1cup milk

- 3ozcream cheese, softened
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp salt

Add flour and cook until smooth

Beat eggs

add milk, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese and cottage cheese

Stir in baking powder, salt, sugar and butter-flour mixture, mixing until well blended
