1 cup peas -- cooked 5 hard boiled eggs -- sliced juice of 1/2 lemon bread crumbs butter lemon slices 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flo

blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika

add milk slowly, stirrin g until smooth

add Crab Delights, peas, 4 sliced eggs and lemon juice

Place m ixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dabs of butter

Bake in a 350 oven until top browns and mixture is heated

Garnish with rest of egg slices and lemon slices.
