Wash chicken well with lemon and rinse it in water 2

Sprinkle with plenty of salt and refrigerate 4 hours 3

Stir together rest of ingredients except oil 4

Pre heat oven to 400 5

Oil a pyrex just large enough to hold chicken pieces 6
