- 2/3c whole wheat flour

Add flours, all at once, stirring well for about a minute

Turn dough into mixer bowl or food processor

Add eggs (one at a time, if using mixer

Mix or process until smooth and shiny

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet
