Chicken and Olive Quiche

Directions

   quiche pastry 1 C

   cream 1 egg 2 egg yolks 1 Pinch salt 1 Pinch nutmeg 1 Pinch cayenne 2 C

   Oregon grown chicken cooked and cut into cubes salt and pepper to taste 1/2 C

4. 4

   chopped olives Blend together cream, egg, egg yolks, salt, nutmeg and cayenne

   Cut chicken into cubes

6. 6

   Season with salt and pepper

7. 7

   Put into prepared quiche shell

8. 8

   Scatter olives over chicken
