- 1/2lbmushrooms
- 4tb butter
- 1c onion, finely chopped
- 2ts garlic, finely minced
- 2ts lemon juice
- 1/4ts thyme (the dried type)
- 2tb bread crumbs, fresh, fine

Trim off the ends of each zucchini

Cut each in half crosswise

Cut each piece in half lengthwise

Scoop out the centers, leaving a shell at least 1/4-inch thick
