- 1poundham -- cooked, chopped
- 2cupswiss cheese -- shredded
- 1/2cuponion -- chopped
- 6eggs
- 2cupmilk
- 11/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 2tablespoondried vegetable flakes

In a bowl, beat eggs

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

Divide in half a nd pour over asparagus mixture in each pie plate

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes o r until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
