6 Zucchini, small 2 tb Onion chopped 3 tb Mushrooms chopped 3 tb Green Pepper chopped 1/3 c Tomato chopped 1/4 c Ham cooked chopped 1/2 ts Garlic minced 1/2 c Beef cooked chopped

- 3tbsp mushrooms chopped
- 3tbsp green pepper chopped
- 1/3cup tomato chopped
- 1/4cup ham cooked chopped
- 1/2tsp garlic minced
- 1/2cup beef cooked chopped
