- 8ouncelasagne noodles -- uncooked
- 1teaspoonitalian seasoning -- or
- 18 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1cupwater
- 8ouncemozzeralla cheese -- shredded

Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water

Lay on remaining noodles

Push down slightly to moisten

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender

Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes
