- 1/4cup flour
- 1/8tsp dry mustard
- 1/8tsp ground pepper
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 1ea garlic clove, minced
- 1tsp parsley, chopped

Mix flour, salt, pepper and dredge meat in mixture

Brown the meat with oil in large skillet

Pour off the liquid, add tomatoes, oregano, mustard,parsley and garlic

Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
