- 2/3c stone-ground wheat cracker
- 2tb butter, softened
- 8sl bacon
- 1/2c onion, chopped
- 1tb bacon drippings
- 24ozcream cheese, softened
- 3eggs, beaten
- 1/2ts cayenne pepper

Press crumbs evenly on bottom of springform pan

Bake in pre-heated 350?F oven 10 minutes

Cool on rack

Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble
