- 1lbground beef
- 6tbsp butter -- melted, divided
- 1/2cup parsley -- chopped
- 1cup tomato sauce
- 1/4cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3cup all-purpose flour
- 2cup milk

set aside for 15 to 20 minutes

Pare and slice potatoes

dry eggplant slices

Brown eggplant and potatoe slices in olive oil

Drain on paper towels and set aside

Saute onion and ground beef in 2 tablespoons melted butter until brown
