- 1cup pretzel crumbs
- 1/2cup chopped onion
- 4ozcan green chiles
- 1tbsp chili seasoning
- 2Clovegarlic, crushed
- 8ozmonterey jack cheese
- 2green peppers
Directions

1 lb Ground beef 1 c Pretzel crumbs 1/2 c Chopped onion 4 oz Can green chiles -deseeded and chopped 2 tb Chorizo sausage, chopped 1 tb Chili

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended

Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each

Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds

Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes
