- 2tbsp onion; finely chopped
- 2tbsp fresh cilantro; snipped
- 2tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper

Chipotle Sauce

1 lb Ground Beef 1 lb Ground Pork 2 Eggs

Large 1/2 c Dry Bread Crumbs 1/2 c Milk 2 tb Onion

Finely Chopped 2 tb Fresh Cilantro

Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside

Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs

Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling
