- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 2. spray baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well

Spray baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking

Shape into loaf

place in pan

spread ketchup over top

Bake 1 hour, *or until done* at 350?F
