- 1/2cup onion -- chopped
- 1/4cup carrot -- grated
- 1/4cup celery -- chopped fine
- 11/2 tsps mustard -- prepared or dijon
- 1tspgarlic powder

Prepare a loaf pan with cooking

Combine all= ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well

Turn mixture into a= prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes

Combine ketchup and honey
