- 3tbsp ketchup
- 2tsp salt
- 1/4tsp black pepper

Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well

Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan

Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

Let cool 10-15 minutes

Turn the loaf out of the pan
