- 11/2 lb lean beef bacon
- 2tsp cooking oil
- 1ea env. onion soup mix 1 1/4 oz
- 2cup water
- 2tsp cornstarch
- 1parlsey
- 3ea cherry tomatoes

Trim separable fat from steak nd remove bone

Pound with meat mallet or saucer
