Sape into loaf

bake 350 in Pam sprayed loaf pan 1 hour

Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup

When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat

Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
