- 2tb low-sodium soy sauce
- 3Cloves garlic -- sliced
- 1/2ts -- salt (optional)
- 2tb dry sherry
- 2ts sesame oil
- 3/4lbgreen beans -- trimmed

Peel the shrimp and simmer the shells for 5 minutes or so in the water while you work on the rest of the recipe

Marinate the shrimp in a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon of the sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, the sliced garlic, salt, sherry, and 1 teaspoon of th

Drain the shrimp shells, reserving 3/4 cup of the stock
