- 3/4c celery, minced
- 1c onion, minced
- 1c carrot, minced
- 1c smoked ham, minced
- 3/4c tomato, minced
- 1/4t salt

rinse and place in lg soup pot with 10c fresh water and bouillon cubes

Bring to boil

reduce heat to simmer

Cook 1 hr until tender but firm on the inside
