- 3ozcream cheese, softened
- 2tb cooked, crumbled bacon
- 11/2 tb chopped pecans
- 2tb italian style bread crumbs
- 2ts minced chives
- 1tb white wine
- 3tb melted butter

Gently separate stems from mushroom caps

Save stems for use in another recipe.) Brush caps with melted butter
