- 3c water
- 1/2lbsausage (cut in 1 " pieces)
- 1/2lbbeef, any cut (1" cubes)
- 1/2lbpork, any cut (!" cubes)
- 3sl bacon (cut in 1" pieces)
- 1jalapeno (or green chili)
- 3cl garlic, finely chopped
