Ingredients

- 1tb barbeque sauce
- 2ts bon appetit
- 1/4ts garlic powder
- 2tb sesame seed, toasted
- 2c rice cereal, bite sized
- 2c corn cereal, bite sized
- 1c wheat cereal, bite sized

stir in seasonings and toasted sesame seed

Toast seeds in a 350 oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown) Pour hot seasoned butter over dry cereals, pretzel sticks and nuts

Spread evenly in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1/4 inch baking pan and bake in 250 oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
