- 1small onion, minced
- 4large eggs
- 8ozmozzarella cheese
- 1/4c dried bread crumbs
- 2tb chopped parsley
- 1/4ts salt
- 1/4ts pepper

Drain liquid from second jar of artichokes and discard

Finely chop all artichokes
