- 12/3 c beans
- 1/4c catsup
- 1/4c water
- 1t worcestershire sauce
- 1/4ts salt
- 1/4ts basil -- crushed
Directions

remove from pan

Saute onion in oil

Add beans, sausage, catsup, water, and seasonings

Simmer, covered, 20 minutes

Cook eggs as desired

Arrange bean mixtureon platter with eggs, avocado and orange
