- 3cups tart cooking apples -- peeled, cubed

- 3/4cuplight brown sugar
- 1/2cupcatsup
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1teaspoonsalt -- or to taste

Add apples and onions

Cook for 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally

Add brown sugar nad stir until dissolved

Blend in catsup, cinnamon and salt

Place beans in 2 quart casserole

Pour apple mixture over beans and mix well

Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 1 hour.
