1 lb Ground pork 1/2 lb Ground lamb 1/2 lb Ground veal 2 Carrots (grated) 1 Onion (chopped) 1/4 c Saltine crackers (crushed) 1/4 c Oatmeal 1/4 c Bread crumbs (or less) 1 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well

Add only enough bread crumbs so that the loaf holds together well

Form into a loaf & place into an Au gratin or shallow baking pan, large enough to hold it

Preheat the oven to 350 deg

and cook loaf for 1 1/2 hrs
