- 2ts prepared mustard
- 1ts louisiana hot sauce

2 lb Caribou ribs 1 tb Vegetable oil Salt & Pepper 2 tb Brown sugar 16 oz Tomato sauce 2 tb Vinegar 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Louisiana Hot

Brush lightly with cooking oil

sprinkle with salt & pepper

Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once

Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce

pour over ribs

Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
